How much does ScreenDub cost?
ScreenDub has four plans, billed by narration minutes: Free at $0 with 8 free minutes, Creator at $14.99 per month for 50 minutes, Pro at $29.99 per month for 120 minutes, and Teams at $59.99 per month for 250 minutes. Paid plans refresh their minutes automatically every month, and you can change tiers at any time. Pricing is based on the video you ship, not the number of seats, and the Free plan needs no credit card.
Can I start for free?
Yes. The Free plan includes 8 free narration minutes with no credit card, which is enough to produce a real product demo, software tutorial, or piece of video documentation and run it past your team before you spend a dollar.
How does billing work?
Monthly plans are charged each month. Annual plans are charged upfront for 12 months and renew yearly unless canceled. Paid plans include a monthly pool of narration minutes that refreshes automatically; unused minutes do not roll over. The Free plan includes a one-time allowance of 8 minutes.
How long can each video be, and are exports limited?
Each video can run up to 6 minutes on Free, 10 on Creator, 12 on Pro, and 15 on Teams. Free projects include 3 exports each with a small watermark, plus 5 written guides a month across all projects. Every paid plan exports and creates guides without limit, and without the watermark.
What if I run out of minutes?
When demand spikes you can move to a higher tier instantly, so production keeps pace and never stalls in the middle of a launch or release week.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Anytime. Switch tiers or cancel in a click from your account. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for; annual plans remain active through the end of their paid annual term.
Do you offer custom plans for larger teams?
Yes. The Teams plan covers higher-output groups, and for larger organizations we scope custom plans around your usage and rollout. Reach out and we will fit something to how your teams actually produce content.
