Managing your subscription

You manage your plan in a secure billing portal. Open it from your account using the manage billing option. Everything about your subscription lives there.
What you can do
- Upgrade or downgrade your plan.
- Update your payment method.
- Cancel your subscription.
- View your invoices and receipts.
When changes take effect
- An upgrade takes effect right away.
- A downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- You keep full access to your current plan until then.
Cancelling
When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. There is no annual lock-in. You can reactivate before the period ends if you change your mind.
If a payment fails
Update your payment method in the billing portal to keep your access. ScreenDub will prompt you when this is needed.
