ScreenDub is billed by minutes of narration per month. You pay for output, not for seats. Each plan includes a pool of minutes. On a paid plan the pool resets on your billing date, so if you subscribe on the 22nd it refills on the 22nd. On the Free plan it resets on the 1st of each month. Your usage stays with the plan it was used on, so changing plans never moves minutes from one pool to another.

The creative features are the same everywhere. All 25 script styles, all voices and accents, and translation to 80+ languages are available on every plan. The differences are the monthly pool of narration minutes, how long each video can be, exports, branding, and the watermark.
- Free. 8 minutes a month, each video up to 6 minutes. Each video can be exported 3 times, you can create 5 guides a month, and exports include a small watermark.
- Creator, Pro, and Teams. More minutes each month, longer videos, unlimited exports and guides, your own branding, and no watermark.

How minutes are counted
Minutes are measured by the length of the narration ScreenDub generates. The first correction on each segment is free and does not count. Your minutes reset on the 1st of each month.
Common questions
Do unused minutes roll over?
No. Each month starts with a fresh pool. Minutes you do not use do not carry into the next month.
What happens if I run out?
You can move to a higher tier at any time for more minutes. An upgrade takes effect right away.
How many times can I export a video?
On the Free plan each video can be exported 3 times. The editor shows how many exports a video has left before you download. Paid plans export without limit.
How many guides can I create?
The Free plan includes 5 guided documents a month, counted across all your projects and reset on the 1st with your minutes. Rewriting a guide counts as one. Paid plans create guides without limit.
How long can each video be?
Up to 6 minutes on Free, 10 on Creator, 12 on Pro, and 15 on Teams. Longer material works best split into shorter videos.
Are corrections really free?
The first re-narration of each segment is free. Editing the text costs nothing on its own.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There is no annual lock-in. See Managing your subscription for how cancelling works.
