Choose an AI Narration Script Style

A script style sets the tone of your narration. It shapes how the script is written and read. The same recording can sound like a polished demo or a calm tutorial. The style changes the delivery, not the facts.

6 groups, 25 styles#

You start by picking the kind of video you are making. Each group then opens a short list of styles inside it, so you narrow down in two quick steps instead of scanning a long list.

• Tutorial. Walk viewers through a process step by step, from how-tos to full lessons and help answers. Tutorial, Course, Support Answer, and Onboarding.
• Demo. Show what your product can do and why it matters, to prospects, buyers, and existing users. Product Demo, Pitch, Feature Announcement, and Case Study.
• Team. Keep work moving async: status updates, employee training, and precise bug reports. Team Update, Training, Bug Report, and Handoff.

Choosing a style#

Pick a group when you set up a project, then pick the style inside it. If you do not open the group, ScreenDub uses that group's main style, which is the safe choice.

You can change the style later and regenerate the narration. Trying two styles on the same recording is the fastest way to hear the difference.
